The performance of acid-resistant refractory castable

2, acid proof castable can also lining granite blocks, binding layer and seam is generally 10 -- 15 mm.

   

3. The construction requirements of acid-proof castable are the same as KPI cement construction.

   

4, acid proof castable can be used in chemical industry, light industry, smelting, pickling, petroleum, pesticides, food, electroplating, point solution and other industrial sectors of the reaction kettle, storage tank, tower, electrolytic tank, trench, floor, fermentation pool and other whole, casting or lining, after adding steel bar can be used as structure anticorrosion equipment.

   

5, the construction of the carbon steel equipment in the internal casting of the carbon steel equipment shows that sand blasting should be derusting, in the cement concrete equipment in the internal casting, the equipment surface oil stains, dust should be cleaned.

   

6, casting template structure must be tight, accurate size, and have enough stiffness, height to 50 cm is appropriate.

   

7, before the construction of the surface of the template should be coated with oil, and then the plastic film lined on the surface of the template, the joint is extended by 5-10 cm.

   

8. Mixing containers and tools must be clean and dry.

   

9. The temperature of the construction site should be above 15℃, and the rain-proof shelter should be built during the rainy season.

   

10. Mix well according to the mix ratio of KPI concrete and potassium silicate.

   

11. Inject the stirred materials into the template and conduct manual agitation or mechanical vibration.

   

12. The loading depth should be 30cm each time.

   

Find refractory network to remind, where the above items inspection unqualified should be processed qualified before construction.Materials that have expired or become invalid shall not be used.

Requirements for construction of acid-resistant refractory castables

   

1, acid resistant castable construction to ensure that there is no power failure, do not interrupt the construction.

   

2, acid-proof castable construction template can be made of steel plate or hard wood.The formwork should have enough strength, good rigidity, no distortion, no displacement, no leakage of pulp.Steel template to paint release agent, wood template to brush waterproof paint.Reused templates should be cleaned before being painted.

   

3. The amount of added water of castable shall be controlled in strict accordance with the operating instructions and shall not exceed the limit.Under the premise of ensuring the construction performance, the amount of water should be less and less.

   

4. Stirring time of pouring material should not be less than 5 minutes.Use a forced mixer.When mixing, dry mix in advance, add 80% of the water used for stirring, and then, depending on the degree of wetness and dryness, slowly add the remaining water and continue to stir, until the appropriate working consistency is obtained.The mixer should be cleaned before mixing different castable.

   

5. Pouring materials must be used by the whole bucket and bag.The finished castable is usually used up within 30 minutes.In the high temperature dry operating environment should also be appropriate to shorten the time.Pouring materials that have been initially set or even agglomerated shall not be poured into the mold frame or stirred with water for reuse.

   

6. The acid-proof castable poured into the mold frame shall be stratified with vibration bar immediately, the height of each layer shall not be more than 300mm, and the vibration interval shall be about 250mm.When shaking, try to avoid touching the anchor, not in the same position of long earthquake and heavy earthquake.It is observed that the vibration bar should be pulled out slowly after grouting on the surface of the pouring material to avoid segregation and cavitation of the pouring layer.

   

After the completion of pouring, the pouring body can no longer be subjected to compression and shock before solidification.

   

7. When pouring a large area, block construction shall be carried out.Each casting area should be about 1.5m2.Expansion joints shall be left in accordance with the design and shall not be omitted.Expansion joints should be left at the spacing of anchor pieces.

   

8. After the surface of acid-resistant castable is dried, cover the exposed part with plastic film or straw bag immediately.After the initial set arrives, water should be sprayed and maintained regularly to keep its surface moist.Maintenance time at least two days, the first day to frequently sprinkler.After the final setting of the pouring material, the side mold can be removed and continued to be sprayed with water for curing, but the load-bearing template can only be removed after the strength reaches 70%.

   

9. Check the pouring body timely after the removal of the formwork.Quality problems such as honeycomb, peeling and voids should be dealt with and repaired in time.When the problem is serious, the defective parts should be chiselled out to expose the anchoring parts. Then, tamping materials of the same quality should be used to fill them up and tamp them down. Maintenance should be continued.
