Brown corundum is used. Brown corundum is made of high-quality alumina oxide powder and brown corundum sand is refined and crystallized by electric melting. It has high purity, good self-sharpening, acid-alkali corrosion resistance, high temperature resistance and stable thermal performance. The hardness of brown corundum is slightly higher than that of brown corundum, and its toughness is slightly lower. It has high purity, good self-sharpening, strong grinding ability, low calorific value, high efficiency, acid-alkali corrosion resistance and high temperature thermal stability. The abrasive tool made of brown corundum sand is suitable for grinding fine grained abrasives such as high carbon steel, high speed steel and stainless steel. Brown corundum segmental sand can also be used for precision casting and advanced refractories.

Brown corundum sand: 0-1mm, 1-3mm, 3-5mm, 5-8mm, 8-12mm

Brown corundum is one of the most economical and economical abrasives suitable for dry and wet production processes, especially for rough workpiece surface treatment, and the treated surface requires more fine occasions. Brown corundum is produced by fusing high-quality aluminate (aluminate powder) to produce powder corundum and brown corundum. Its natural crystal structure makes it have high hardness and fast cutting performance. At the same time, they are often used as raw materials for consolidation abrasives and coated abrasives. Brown corundum can be reused in standard sandblasting equipment. The number of reuses depends on material grade and specific process. Scope of application: Aviation industry, Automobile industry, Foundry industry, Semiconductor industry, etc. Scope of application: Pretreatment of surface electroplating, paint, glazing and PTFE coating; deburring and scaling of aluminium and alloy products; cleaning of mould; pre-treatment of metal sandblasting; dry and wet grinding; precision optical refraction; Grinding of minerals, metals, glass and crystals; additives for glass engraving and painting. Guidelines for Use: Brown corundum is used in dry or wet sandblasting equipment using compressed air. Brown corundum has very high hardness and wears quickly on equipment with poor quality. When using brown corundum, it is better not to use tungsten-carbon alloy spraying gun, but to use boron or silicon-carbon alloy spraying gun.

Brown corundum is made of industrial alumina powder, which is melted in the arc at a high temperature of more than 2000 degrees and then cooled. It is crushed and shaped, removed iron by magnetic separation, and sifted into various sizes. It is compact in texture, high in hardness and sharp in shape. It is suitable for manufacturing ceramics, resin-bonded abrasives and grinding, polishing, sandblasting and precision casting. Product granularity is produced according to international standards and national standards, and can be processed according to user requirements. The general particle size is F4~F320, and the chemical composition varies according to the particle size. The prominent feature is that the crystal size is small and impact-resistant. If it is crushed by self-grinding machine, the particles are mostly spherical, the surface is clean and easy to bind.
