Construction method for pouring material in the furnace of softening furnace

1 Construction process and method

1.1 Cold welding and installation of anchors:

1) Rust removal: Derusting should be carried out at all the anchoring points of the furnace wallboard anchoring nails to remove surface rust, oil and other debris.

2) Y-shaped anchor nail cold welding of convection section furnace wall panel and pouring lining of various parts of the radiation chamber: Y-type anchoring nail is formed by the combination of column nail and V-shaped nail with nut, column type anchor nail and furnace wall board The welding aid is fully welded and the height of the welding angle is 6mm. After the insulation board is laid, the gasket and the V-shaped nail with the nut are mounted on the column nail.

3) Cold-welding the hood, flue, chimney anchor and furnace wallboard, and welding on both sides of the V-shaped nail. The weld bead width is 20mm and the weld angle is 5mm.

4) Cold welding of anchor: It should be cold welded, firm, crack-free, biting, and vertical on the wall. After the cold welding of the anchor nails, the tapping inspection is carried out with 0.5Kg iron shovel. One anchor nail is inspected every 4 m2, and the end of the welded anchor nail is slammed (the flat anchor nail hits the large surface) and the bending is 90 °C. Crack and fix one next to it.

5) Anchoring nail cold welding method: “Y” type nail cold welding and hood, flue, chimney anchor nail cold welding are all based on the way of welding.

1.2 Refractory castable construction

1) Mixing: The agitating of the refractory castable should be referred to the paddle mixer, and the preparation should be carried out in strict accordance with the tacit ratio. Stir for 1 to 2 minutes, mix it to the average, and then stir it according to the prescribed water volume. It should be averaged and consistent in color for 1 to 2 minutes. The agitated water should be clean drinking water, and the mixed wet material should be used up within 20 minutes.

2) The construction of refractory castables should be carried out in succession. The thickness and wind direction must be formed. Because of special conditions, it is necessary to leave the stepped construction joints intermittently. “When the construction is turned back, the water is fully lubricated to remove debris, and the refractory castables are constructed. It can be smoothed with a flat steel trowel and must not be calendered.

3) Construction method and procedure of refractory castable for convection wall panel:

a) The construction method refers to the construction of the casting method. The slab should have sufficient rigidity and intensity, and the surface layer should be smeared and the insulation agent should be brushed. The sputum should be tight and there should be no leakage.

b) From the elevation EL.+8000 to EL.+16060, the convection chamber wallboard is divided into 4 groups of blocks, and the ground prefabricated lining and lifting work are carried out separately. Each group has two wall plates of C1 axis and C2 axis. A total of 8 blocks, each wall panel ratio is 9916 & times; 1615mm, 9916 & times; 2250mm, 9916 & times; 2150mm, 9916 & times; 2045mm, end wall panels have been completed by the lining.

c) Supporting the plate: The height of the support is the same as the thickness of the lining. Each set of blocks has a 10mm gap. When lifting each block, a 13mm thick fiber felt is laid at the joint. Each group of blocks is completed. Each furnace wall panel shall be provided with a parry chute between the tube sheets as required by the design, so that the tube sheets are free to slide in between.

d) Sub-structure in the wall panel: Firstly, the thermal insulation board is laid according to the design requirements, and the thermal insulation board and the thermal insulation board are closely adjacent. The insulation board should be laid in the wrong way, and according to the spacing ratio of the anchor column, the hole can be drilled first in the length of the insulation board, and then spread.

e) After the insulation board is finished, install the upper part of the “Y” type nail” "V” type CORRUGATED ANCHOR TYPE CN and gasket, in the process of installing the “V”” wave anchor, according to the design requirements Regulating  V” type wave anchor angle (90 ° C), and then carry out refractory castable pouring construction.

f) The pouring method and the expansion joint are left as shown below, and the grid-type pouring is carried out. A fiber mat is attached to the expansion joint.

4) After 24 hours of fogging and curing, the block has been demolished and “sniper” is checked. Of course, after 72 hours of dry curing, lifting is carried out. 5) Maintenance of refractory castables: After the construction of refractory castables, the surface of the linings will be fog-wet-protected when the surface of the linings are not stained with mud. The maintenance refers to the atomized water, and it is cured every 30 minutes for at least 24 hours to maintain the surface of the lining. Wet, and of course, for 72 hours.

6) Construction of the hood and flue lining: The lining is 75mm thick, and the prefabrication of the lining is carried out on the ground by means of the method of laying off the work. It is necessary to adopt temporary reinforcement measures before the construction of the lining, and carry out the reverse construction twice. And according to the design requirements, "type" construction joints are left. 7) Chimney lining construction: lining thickness 50mm, divided into three sections to carry out construction, each section is divided into three times to carry out the flipping, quoting the way of squatting, and retaining the expansion joint according to the design requirements. Place the chimney on the ground, maintain it for 1/3 after the construction is completed for 24 hours, turn over 120 °C, and then carry out the construction.
