As a new type of refractory material, castable is mainly characterized by high fluidity and is suitable for unshaped refractory materials formed by casting. A: The hydraulic castables are moisturized and cured for 24 hours and then naturally maintained for 24 hours. For a special large amount of cement, the traditional hydraulic castables are moisturized for 48 hours. For the hard and hard castables, no water should be applied during the curing process. The relative humidity should be 85. % below the natural curing of hydraulic castables, according to the product specification.
