Wear-resistant refractory castable:

It is made of bauxite with fine alumina powder, corundum powder, SiO2 and &alpha.-AL2O3 and other ultrafine powder as matrix, plus organic binder, dispersant and a small amount of high aluminum cement and other strengthening combination of a CFB boiler special refractory material.It has the characteristics of high middle temperature strength, good abrasion resistance, small thermal expansion coefficient and good thermal shock resistance.

Adding the right amount of this material in the substrate corundum powder and so on, to substrate part is a kind of dispersion strengthening, the purpose of making it has high strength and abrasion resistance, such as corundum material dispersion in the matrix at the same time, make the alternating stress caused by temperature change of micro crack extension is effectively prevented, thereby enhancing the spalling resistance.In addition, HF series castable also has a significant characteristic that its strength increases with the increase of temperature from normal temperature to high temperature of 1000℃, which is very suitable for the medium temperature combustion characteristic of CFB boiler.
