High purity steel castable refractory in large and medium-sized ultra-high power electric furnace cover triangle area and LF refining ladle cover application, its service life is equal to or more than the level of imported material, save foreign exchange, also convenient for users.
The following table shows the properties of high purity refractory castable. In table 1~3, fused white corundum is used as refractory aggregate and part of powder.Labels 4-5 respectively use plate-like corundum and dense corundum as refractory aggregate and dense corundum as part of refractory fine powder.No. 6: super high alumina cooked aggregate and white corundum aggregate are used as refractory aggregate, and white corundum fine powder is used as refractory powder.Calcined alumina powder and active silica powder are added into the refractory powder.No. 1 USES ca-80 cement as binding agent, and the other Numbers use ca-70 cement as binding agent.Meanwhile, dispersant and water reducer were added. This kind of cement is easy to set quickly, which affects the construction property.Once there is such a situation, should add oxalic acid and sodium citrate and other retarder to ensure the flow and compactness of castable. It can be seen from the table that the total content of Al2O3 and CaO is more than 95% except no. 4 and no. 6, and the high content is 98.7%, indicating that the material is of high purity. At the same time, the volume density is large and the intensity is high, but the line changes after burning at 1500℃ or 1600℃ are all in the state of contraction except no. 3 and no. 4.
