Construction technology of refractory castable

 

1. Prepare

 

Before construction, check the intact and clean condition of mixing equipment, transportation tools, vibrating tools and pouring parts to be poured.Check the water loss prevention measures of formwork, surrounding firebricks and heat insulation layer;Inspect the rust removal, anchoring parts, anchoring brick form, size, arrangement, welding quality and expansion compensation measures of metal anchoring parts;Check whether the quality of castable and construction water meet the requirements.In addition, during the construction of pouring materials, to ensure that there is no power failure, no interruption of construction.

 

Among them, the template used for construction of refractory castable is made of non-absorbent material.If want to brush waterproof coating with woodiness formwork, in case pouring makings loses water.After the loss of water, the fluidity of the castable decreases, and it is difficult to remove bubbles and vibrate.Steel formwork shall be coated with release agent to prevent adhesion between formwork and castable.When using repeatedly, template should be cleaned first, brush oil later, reapply.

 

Stir 2.

 

(1) should use a forced mixer to mix.The mixer shall be cleaned in advance and rinsed with water. Lime, sand, Portland cement and other sundries shall not be mixed in.If phosphate bound amorphous materials are stirred, the equipment must be thoroughly cleaned before it can be used for mixing cement bound castable.

 

(2) according to the size of the mixer and the construction of quantitative, each mixing volume should not exceed 200kg.Under specified water consumption, the mixing castable must be sufficiently fluidity.

 

(3) pour the pouring material into the blender, dry mix for 3 minutes, and then add clean tap water.When adding water, 90% of the reference added water amount of castable shall be added first, and then the remaining water shall be added slowly to make the slurry's fluidity meet the requirements, and the wet mixing time shall not be less than 5min.

 

4. The pouring material must be used by the whole drum and bag.The stirring castable shall be poured rapidly, and must be used up within 30 minutes from the time of adding water.Wet materials that have been initially coagulated shall not be forced to take shape, and shall not be added with water for repeated use, but must be discarded.

 

3. The vibration

 

(1) model to be strict, strictly prevent leakage of pulp.Pour into the mold frame of the pouring material should be as soon as possible with the vibration bar layer vibration, the thickness of each layer should not exceed 300mm, the vibration interval of about 250mm is appropriate.Do not repeat the vibration of the parts that are already solid to avoid segregation.

 

(2) vibration, to avoid touching the anchor, do not damage the insulation layer, until the pouring material surface pulp, most of the bubbles out after the vibration bar slowly.

 

(3) pouring should be carried out continuously.Before the initial setting of the former layer of castable, the construction of the latter layer of castable should be carried out in time.If the construction interval exceeds the initial setting time, the construction joints shall be treated according to the requirements.

 

4. Maintenance

 

(1) cement binding castable, wait for the surface of castable dry, immediately use plastic or straw bags will be exposed in the air part of the cover.However, the chemically bonded castable does not have to cover the surface.

 

(2) after the final set, the pouring material template can be removed.But the load bearing plate can only be removed after the strength reaches 70%.

 

(3) refractory castable curing temperature should be between 10 ~ 35℃.If the temperature is too high, the hydration products will turn into C3AH6, which may lead to the decrease of strength.If the temperature is too low, the hardening is delayed.

 

5. Special construction

 

Hot days construction, pouring material to be stored in advance in a cool place, construction should be arranged as far as possible in the early, late, water temperature, material temperature should be controlled in 30℃ below.After pouring, timely cover and frequently sprinkler cooling.

 

During winter construction, castable materials should be stored in a heated room in advance and mixed with hot water. The mixing temperature should be kept above 10℃ and the lining temperature above 5℃.If these conditions cannot be met, the working environment shall be enclosed, windproofed, heated and insulated until it meets the construction requirements.During the hardening and curing period, the castable must not frost.
