Quality control of key, difficult and key parts

According to the practical experience of our company for many years, in order to ensure the long life of the boiler, we think that the design, manufacture and installation of wear-resistant refractory materials must be a key point, a difficult point and a key point.

1. Key parts:Dense zone of lower furnace

(1) operating characteristics: high material concentration, extremely many door holes, thin anti-wear furnace walls, complex construction procedures.

(ii) technical essentials of anti-wear materials:

(1) the composite wear-resistant material composed of high-strength wear-resistant castable is adopted to make it have good cold and thermal impact resistance and wear resistance.

(2) strictly control the rate of line change of materials, especially the expansion of lines, so as to avoid squeezing all kinds of metal structures on the hood and the wall, and prevent the sheet cracking and falling off of materials generated by expansion.

(3) careful ingredients, improve the quality of raw materials, make it have enough liquidity, to achieve the ideal construction effect.

(iii) construction points:

(1) ensure the size of each door hole is accurate, especially the feed port and coal feed port, so as to meet the uniform distribution of normal feed, feed and bed material.

(2) the inner wall of each door hole shall be kept on the same plane as the wall after construction. The joint of the backburning belt pouring material and the water cooling wall shall be maintained smooth transition to avoid eddy current.

(3) the nail grasping density should be appropriately increased at the door hole and return hole, and the wear-resistant pouring material adopted should be increased by 2.5% heat-resistant stainless steel fiber.

(4) the transition section in the dense phase zone shall be constructed into a slope, requiring smooth transition.

2. Difficult parts: feed back valve

(I) operating characteristics:

(1) coarse particles, high hardness, high pressure fluidized air clearance operation cold and hot rapidly increased.

(2) complex structure, high construction accuracy requirement, great difficulty, and difficulty in secondary maintenance

(2) main points for making refractory and wear-resistant materials:

(1) high resistance to cold and hot abrupt change and wear damage.

(2) good liquidity, easy to improve the construction effect.

(iii) construction points:

(1) develop the construction procedure scientifically. Due to the difficulty of repair, it is required that each construction site shall be successfully constructed once and shall not be repaired twice.

(2) reasonable template design (firm and durable, easy to release) return to the leg all corner thermal stress is relatively concentrated, should avoid here template joints.

(3) smooth transition of all corners, and appropriate welding nails

(4) the expansion of the construction size is accurate.

Key parts: cyclone separator inlet and top

(I) operating characteristics:

Air flow speed is fast, and the direction is sharp, wear resistant refractory working face hanging upside down (difficult construction, easy to pull the roof)

(ii) main points of materials:

(1) good fluidity, small change of reburning wire, good wear resistance and thermal shock resistance.

(2) imported "cow nose" and supporting brick board, top use steel fiber high-strength wear-resistant castable, increase the overall strong crossing.

(iii) construction points:

(1) properly densing the "Y" and "V" type nails on the top of the separator and the "cow nose" part of the steering direction.

(2) reasonably leave expansion joints.

(3) design airflow guide construction surface for expansion joints.
